Rates are valid from Saturday 14.00h to Saturday 10.00h, TVA, tourist tax, water and electricity are included.

If you make your reservation and a gîte is available,

• you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with our invoice of the total amount due of your stay, including the downpayment within 2 days.
• The deposit of €150,-- and a downpayment of 30% of the rental invoice should be paid within 7 days after reception of our invoice. Your reservation is definitively set as soon as this payment has arrived.
• You will receive a confirmation of this payment by e-mail, fax or postal mail.
• The amount of the rent (70%) which is still due should be on our bank account 4 weeks before your stay.

Charges for required cleaning of La Françonne at the end of your stay, will be € 50,--*.

If your pet can come, the cleaning will cost € 65,--.

We will see to it, that final cleaning is affected properly. We only ask you, at your leaving, to do the dishwashing, and put everything properly and clean in the cupboards and to remove your garbage.

The remainder of your deposit will be returned, within 1 week after your stay.
