Rates are valid from Saturday 15.00h to Saturday 10.00h, TVA, tourist tax, water, wood and electricity are included.

If you make your reservation and the house is available,

• you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with our invoice of the total amount due of your stay, including the downpayment  within 2 days.
• The deposit of € 250,--* and a downpayment of 30% of the rental amount should be paid within 7 days after reception of our invoice.
• Your reservation is definitely set as soon as this first payment has arrived.
• You will receive a confirmation of this payment by e-mail

The part of the rent still due (70%), should be on our bank account 4 weeks before your stay.

Charges for required cleaning of La Biscatène at the end of your stay, will be € 80,--.

If your pet can come, please enquire first by sendung us the contactform, the cleaning costs will be € 95,--.

We will see to it, that final cleaning is affected properly. We only ask you at your leaving, to do the dishwashing, put everything properly and clean in the cupboards and to remove your garbage.

The remainder of your deposit will be returned, within 1 week after your stay.
